How far in advance should we book your photography services?
We recommend booking our photography services as early as possible to secure your preferred date. However, we understand that sometimes plans come together on shorter notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
Can we request specific styles for our photography session?
Absolutely! Generally we encourage you to share your vision and preferences with us. Before your session or event, we'll have a consultation to discuss your ideas and style. We will help you know what to expect during the session so that we have the best chance to have cooperative, happy animals!
Do you sell digital artwork?
We believe in both the power of the printed image and the need for digital copies, so, while we don't offer digital only packages, we do offer corresponding digital images with your printed artwork.
What is the typical turnaround time for receiving our edited photographs?
At Manes & Tales we have taken the time to seek out quality products and materials. As a result, our turnaround time will depend somewhat on what is ordered, and we expect most print orders to be ready within 6-8 weeks. However, your digital images will be ready for you within two weeks of ordering.
Do you have a studio for dog images?
We do not have a studio. However, we are happy to set up a backdrop for that studio look in your home and in their own environment.
